With over a decade of experience in physical training, I’ve walked the journey from being out of shape and overweight to reaching peak physical performance. I know what it takes, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually, to create lasting change.
Alongside my fitness transformation, I’ve spent more than 10 years studying mindset and personal growth. Through deep personal work, ministry involvement, and extensive self-education, including books, online courses, and mentorship, I’ve developed a proven approach to mental and emotional resilience rooted in faith and identity.
I’m the author of The Identity Exchange, a powerful guide to transforming your life through Christ, which my program is based after. I continue to pursue advanced training, including attending Bible college, to equip myself to serve others at the highest level.
